- FAQ
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every new artist account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access, and no card is needed to start. Sign up, set your policy and hours, and send your booking link to a real client.
- FAQ
What does it cost?
$49 a month for a solo artist. Studios pay per artist seat: $49 for the first, $39 each for seats 2 to 5, and $29 each for seats 6 to 20 (more than 20, get in touch). There's a 14-day free trial and no card is required to start.
- FAQ
Does VandalSyn take a percentage of my deposits or session payments?
No. VandalSyn takes nothing from your deposits, final invoices or tips. Clients pay by card through Stripe and the money is paid out to your own Stripe account. The only cost on a payment is Stripe's standard card fee (2.9% + 30¢), and you choose whether you or your client covers it. Your monthly plan is the only thing you pay VandalSyn.
- FAQ
Do my clients need to download an app or make an account?
No to both. Clients open your link and everything (requesting a time, signing your policy, paying the deposit, paying the final invoice) works in a normal phone browser without an account. Clients who do make one also get their design previews and messages in one place.
- FAQ
Do I have to move my whole business over at once?
No. You can start by routing new bookings through VandalSyn while your existing appointments finish out wherever they live now. Your booking policy, deposit amounts, and hours are all yours to set.
- FAQ
Can I use it with a studio or multiple artists?
Yes. A studio owner adds artists to their roster and pays per seat. There is no separate studio tier to buy.
- FAQ
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, see your records and export your data, but you can't take new bookings until you subscribe again. Every project, message and booking record is still there when you come back.
- FAQ
Is my clients’ information private?
Yes. Design drafts and any reference photos a client uploads are visible only to the artist and client on that specific project, stored privately, and served through short-lived signed links — never at a public URL.
